COLUMBIA, S.C. – Friends, family, and fans joined Drew Gill in celebrating his second Bass Pro Tour event win at PowerStop Brakes Stage 3 Presented by Strike King on Lake Murray.
It was a hard-fought battle for Gill, having lost the top spot to Jacob Wheeler during Period 2. The young angler clawed his way back to the top of SCORETRACKER® where he and Wheeler were neck-and-neck until the very end with Gill winning by a mere 2 pounds, 4 ounces with 58-2 on 19 scorable bass.
Gill and the rest of the Top 10 anglers hit the stage for the Post Game Show to share their thoughts on the third event of the 2025 Bass Pro Tour season before Gill was presented with his trophy and $150,000 grand prize.
Bass Pro Tour action resumes May 1-4 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, at Lake Chickamauga and Nickajack Lake with O’Reilly Auto Parts Stage 4 Presented by OPTIMA Batteries. But first, the majority of the 66 Bass Pro Tour anglers will compete at Bass Pro Shops REDCREST Presented by MillerTech on April 3-6 in Huntsville, Alabama, on Lake Guntersville.
