CULLMAN, Ala. – Dean Rojas provides an in-depth breakdown of Smith Lake, the site of Favorite Fishing Stage Three Presented by Mercury on the 2022 Bass Pro Tour. Rojas is a big fan of Smith Lake, having won Stage Five of the 2019 Bass Pro Tour on the Alabama fishery.
Unlike 2019, water levels have jumped up by about eight or nine feet in the last week, creating a steeper challenge for shallow fishing due to trees and debris in the water, Rojas said.
