MLF pros Kevin VanDam, Andy Montgomery, and Greg Hackney made big moves up SCORETRACKER® on Monday during Elimination Round 2 of the Bad Boy Mowers Stage Seven Presented by Covercraft. They were the only three pros in the 40-angler field to catch over 60 pounds of scoreable bass.
For the first time this season, VanDam ended the day in first place. He caught 69 pounds, 14 ounces, bringing his total weight to 123-14 (Shotgun and Elimination Round combined).
Montgomery started the day in 36th, well below the Elimination Line, but caught 62-09 during the Elimination Round and finished in 12th place. Hackney had a similar story, starting the day in 28th and ending in seventh. He caught 65-08.
We spoke with all three pros right after they came off Table Rock Lake on Monday evening.
