Boaters and co-anglers interested in fishing the Gator, Piedmont, Savannah River, Shenandoah and South Carolina divisions of the 2020 Phoenix Bass Fishing League presented by T-H Marine can begin registering today. With the addition of these final divisions, registration for the Bass Fishing League is now open for everyone who wants to fish in 2020.
How to register
You must be an FLW competitor member to register for a tournament. You can join or renew with FLW and register for tournaments at shop.FLWFishing.com or by calling 270.252.1000.
Entry fees
MLF and FLW rolled back entry fees for 2020. They’re now just $200 per boater and $100 per co-angler for one-day qualifiers and $300 per boater and $150 per co-angler for two-day Super Tournaments.
No-entry-fee post-season opportunities
This season, anglers can qualify for six no-entry-fee Regional championships where the first-place boater and co-angler each take home a brand new Phoenix bass boat. Regional qualification goes to the top 45 anglers in each division, plus the winners of the qualifiers and the Super Tournaments.
Competitors can also qualify for a no-entry-fee Wild Card if they fail to qualify for their Regional but pay entry fees for all five tournaments in a division and fish at least two of the tournaments in that division.
The top six boaters and co-anglers from each Regional and the Wild Card in 2020 qualify to fish the no-entry-fee All-American in 2021.
The 2020 All-American has a top award of $100,000 for the boater and $50,000 for the co-angler. The highest-finishing boater and co-angler from each Regional and the Wild Card at the 2020 All-American advance to the 2020 FLW Series Championship, where the winning pro/boater earns $200,000 and the top co-angler takes home a Phoenix bass boat.
