KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Though a light fog hit the water, the vision was clear for anglers competing in the first Sudden Death Round of the Academy Sports + Outdoors Heritage Cup Presented by Magellan Outdoors. Nine pros competed on Lower Fort Louden Lake and it was a race to the 10-pound Target Weight. Dustin Connell won the round by reaching the Target Weight in Period 2. Ott Defoe, Andy Montgomery and Greg Vinson will advance to the Championship Round alongside Connell.
