Off-Limits: Rule #12 of the official rules plus the marina at Smallwood State Park from the (T) dock to the end of marina break wall. A U.S. Coast Guard state boating course and D.C. license required when fishing D.C. waters. The free safety course can be taken online at www.boatus.com. Tournament waters will be off limits September 26 - October 1, 2010. License: Maryland and Virginia license do reciprocate, however fishing above the Woodrow Wilson Bridge does require a D.C. license. All anglers fishing in Maryland waters must be prepared to present a valid drivers license or some sort of picture ID along with fishing license.
