Locking is NOT permitted. All competition waters are off limits September 25-29, 2017. Fishing License: A Kentucky license is required for Kentucky waters. A Tennessee license is required for Tennessee waters. KY & TN licenses do reciprocate on Kentucky Lake from Egners Ferry Bridge to the 79 Bridge. A KY license can be purchased over the phone at 877.598.2401. Either license can be purchased online at takemefishing.org. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 15" on all bass *Special Note: It is illegal to possess a Smallmouth bass less than 18" in Tennessee waters on Barkley Lake.
