*2019 Costa FLW Series Northern Division presented by Gajo Baits *St. Lawrence River presented by Realtree Tournament Waters: The St. Lawrence River and all rivers, creeks and canals connecting to the St. Lawrence River and Lake Ontario. Only that water open to ALL public fishing will be considered tournament waters. Any waters closed to public fishing are off limits. EASTERN BOUNDARY - MOSES SAUNDERS POWER DAM. Locking is NOT permitted. You cannot lock through the Eisenhower Lock at Massena, NY. Fishing License: New York waters require a New York license. Canadian waters require a Canadian license.
