Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits plus 50 yards either side fish release plus culvert pipe at Rt. 50 at Hogans. Lighthouse Marina & Yacht Club is Off Limits; Melvin Lake Memorial Park is Off Limits; Idle only from mouth off main river past first bend past boat ramp Fishing License: Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky licenses reciprocate on the main river trunk only. Licenses may be purchased at takemefishing.org. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 12" all bass
