Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits plus 50 yds each side of fish release, plus you cannot go past a straight line from Point Lookout, MD and Smith Point, VA into Potomac River. Fishing License: A Maryland licence is required and may be purchased online at takemefishing.org Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 15" on all bass
