Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits apply, plus Pool 10. Fishing License: A Wisconsin or Iowa license is required on Mississippi River proper, including its backwater lakes and sloughs contiguous with the flow of waters on the main channel. Licenses may be purchased online at takemefishing.org. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 14" on all bass
