Off Limits: Tournament waters include the St. Lawrence River and all rivers, creeks and canals connecting to the St. Lawrence River. Only water open to ALL public fishing will be considered tournament waters. Standard MLF5 off limits apply plus point to point at the intake cove. Any waters closed to public fishing are off limits. Lake Ontario is off limits. Eastern Boundary - Moses Saunders Power Dam is off limits. Locking is NOT permitted. You cannot lock through the Eisenhower Lock at Massena, NY.
