Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off limits plus 50 yards either side of fish release. Plus you cannot go past a straight line from Point Lookout, Maryland and Smith Point, Virginia into the Chesapeak Bay Fishing License: Maryland and Virginia license do reciporate and may be purchased at majorleaguefishing.com/fishing-license, however, fishing above the Woodrow Wilson Bridge does require a D.C. license. All anglers fishing Maryland waters must be prepared to present a valid drivers license or Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 12"
