MINNEAPOLIS – Tune in Sunday, June 5 to “Wal-Mart FLW Outdoors” on FSN as co-hosts Charlie Evans and Keith Lebowitz take viewers to the $900,000 Wal-Mart FLW Tour event on Wheeler Lake. The fifth tournament of the FLW Tour season awarded the winning bass pro a cash prize of $100,000.

The one-hour show is the first of a two-part series covering the fifth event of the $7.6 million FLW Tour season and concludes with the winning co-angler receiving a check for $20,000. The tournament featured 400 top bass anglers from the United States, Japan and Australia.

The show presents multiple mini-features with the 10 pros that made the cutoff after two days of competition. The features include FLW Tour pros Kelly Jordon of Mineola, Texas; Chad Grigsby of Colon, Mich.; Scott Suggs of Byrant, Ark.; and Toshinari Namiki of Tokyo, Japan. Both Jordan and Namiki have claimed victory during the 2005 FLW Tour season and are seeking their second title on Alabama’s Wheeler Lake.

FSN also goes in depth with Australian co-angler Kim Bain, who currently sits 10th place in the FLW Tour standings. Bain is a prominent multi-species angler who has fished a Wal-Mart FLW Walleye League event and a Wal-Mart FLW Redfish Series tournament in addition to her commitment on the FLW Tour. When she isn’t fishing, Bain works as an angling journalist and also hosts her own fishing show on Australian television.

In addition, FLW Tour pro J.T. Kenney of Frostburg, Md., participates in this edition of Fishing 101. Kenney, who is currently in first place in the FLW Tour standings, shows fishing fans the finer points of flipping matted vegetation.

FSN is the industry leader in providing the most up-to-date technology in TV production. FSN puts viewers in the boats with the pros, shadowing them from sunrise until the final weigh-in using innovative camera work that gives fishing fans the most intimate viewing experience available.
