CLERMONT, Fla. – It was a tight race between Team Crockett Creek (Jacob Wheeler, Dylan Hays and Jason Lambert) and Team B&W Trailer Hitches (David Walker, Kevin VanDam and Todd Faircloth) on Clermont Chain of Lakes for the first day at Match 2 of the General Tire Team Series Bass Pro Shops Championship Presented by B&W Trailer Hitches.

Team Crockett Creek slipped by Team B&W Trailer Hitches with a total of 45 pounds, 15 ounces to take the lead, but with another day of fishing left, Team B&W Trailer Hitches is hot on their tail with 43 pounds, 6 ounces. Meanwhile, Team Kubota (Ott DeFoe, Kelly Jordon and Keith Poche) has a lot of ground to make up with 11 bass weighing 17-2.

The team that ends up at the top of SCORETRACKER® when the second day of Mstch 2 concludes will earn a spot in the Championship Round, where MLF pros will compete for a top prize of $300,000.
