GALLERY: Team Knighten wins Wild Card Round of Team Series Championship
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Team Knighten Industries won the race for the final seat at the grand finale of the Bass Pro Shops Championship Presented by B&W Trailer Hitches – but the race was tight at this General Tire Team Series event.
A mere 11 pounds, 7 ounces made all the difference, as Wesley Strader, Scott Suggs and Matt Becker of team Knighten Industries boated 43 bass weighing 75 pounds, 5 ounces. The trio will now join team Crockett Creek and team Kubota in the Final Round with $300,000 on the line.
Team Sqwincher (Greg Vinson, David Dudley and Bradley Roy) put up a good fight with 40 bass weighing 63-15.
