COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Ascending to the summit of the Builders FirstSource Qualifier Presented by Berkley on the second day of Match 2 has Team Smokey Mountain Herbal Snuff & Pouches heading to the Team Series Bass Pro Shops Championship in Florida, where they’ll compete for a shot at $300,000.
The team’s trio of pros entered Day 2 with a massive lead and continued to dominate their competition, winning by a 42-pound margin with a two-day total of 108 pounds, 6 ounces. Bryan Thrift led the charge on Day 2 with 13 bass weighing 25-3, Anthony Gagliardi added 19 even, and Terry Scroggins posted 11-5.
The Builders FirstSource Qualifier from College Station will continue with the first day of Match 3, which will premiere on Outdoor Channel on Saturday, April 22 (2-4 p.m. ET). New episodes of the General Tire Team Series are added to MyOutdoorTV each Monday.
