It was a good day to be a Jacob W. as Jacob Wheeler and rookie Jacob Wall placed first and second, respectively. Wheeler lost hold of the lead for a little bit, but he regained it and then some, winning by a margin of 9 pounds, 7 ounces thanks to the 25-6 he caught today for a two-day total of 54-15. Wall posted a two-day total of 45-8, nearly 2 pounds ahead of third-place angler Adrian Avena.
