RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — Cut day is underway at the Toyota Series Presented by Phoenix Boats Plains Division event on Lake Dardanelle. Warm and with a chance for some thundershowers, the conditons shouldn’t be bad for fishing, and the fishing was excellent on Day 1.
