Takahiro Omori
Tokyo, Japan
The first international angler to ever win the Bassmaster Classic (2004 on Lake Wylie, North Carolina), Omori is a 2026 inductee into the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame and one of the Top 10 leading money winners of all time. Since moving to the U.S. from Japan, Omori has registered 11 wins (including two MLF Cup wins), and more than 60 Top 10s in his career. He scored his first Bass Pro Tour victory in 2026 at Stage 2 on Lake Hartwell.
