Official Phoenix Bass Fishing League Rules
Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off limits plus all of the Anchor Marina area inside the buoy line( Flag Point to the Canal Point). Plus you cannot go past a straight line from Point Lookout, Maryland and Smith Point, Virginia into the Potomac River. Fishing License: A Maryland license is required and may be purchased online at majorleaguefishing.com/fishing-license. Catch Limits: Boater 5, Co-Angler 3; Size Limit: 15"
