COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Team Builders FirstSource started strong and won by a margin of less than 2 pounds at the end of Match 3 during Builders FirstSource Qualifier Presented by Berkley. 

Randall Tharp, Jeff Sprague, and Cliff Crochet entered the day with a 17-pound lead and rallied for 31 bass weighing 61 pounds, 13 ounces and were nearly surpassed by Team Ferguson who posted 77-5 on the day. However, Team Builders FirstSource had a slightly higher two-day total with 66 bass for 137-12 to Ferguson’s 74 bass weighing 135-15.

Team Builders FirstSource is now heading to the General Tire Team Series Bass Pro Shops Championship Presented by B&W Trailer Hitches, which will premier on Outdoor Channel on Saturday, May 6.
