A last-minute catch that barely met the minimum weight requirement pushed Ron Nelson back to the top of SCORETRACKER® to win the Knockout Round by a 1 pound, 6 ounce margin over Banks Shaw; Nelson with 63 pounds, 8 ounces on 21 scorable bass to Shaw’s 62-2 on 20 scorable bass.

Meanwhile, the Knockout Round lived up to its name as pros were knocking each other out of the top nine and jumping the Lucas Oil Cut Line in rapid succession. Ultimately, it’s Brent Ehrler who scored the final seat in the Championship Round with 46-14 on 16 scorable bass with Jacob Walker narrowly missing the cut with 44-10 on 18 scorable bass.

Stage 6 action concludes tomorrow with the Top 10 anglers returning to Grand Lake for the Championship Round on the MLFNOW! livestream at MajorLeagueFishing.com, the MyOutdoorTV (MOTV) app, and Rumble at 7:30 a.m. CT.
