Hollowell started his FLW career fishing at the BFL level. He then moved up to the Rayovac Series in 2013 where he finished 10th in the Central Division.
Hollowell started his FLW Tour career fishing as a co-angler in 2013 and quickly moved to the front of the boat in 2014. As a FLW Tour co-angler Hollowell had one top-10 finish that came at Grand Lake where he finished eighth.
