Off Limits: Official Rule #12, 50 yards on either side of the fish release area, and any area designated off limits by local, state, or federal officials. x0dx0ax0dx0aPools 18, 19 and 20 are permitted fishing waters. Iowa and Illinois license do reciprocate. However, if an angler enters Illinois or Iowa inland waters, a license from that state is required.x0dx0ax0dx0aLake is off limits from September 22-28, 2007.
