Off limits: Rule #12, 50 yards on either side of fish release area, inside Kentucky Dam Marina and paddle boat area, inside the break wall at Lighthouse Landing, and 100 yards from slips at Kuttawa Marina.x0dx0ax0dx0aNo locking outside of Kentucky or Barkley Lakes.x0dx0ax0dx0aKentucky license required at Blood River.
