Idle only from mouth of Tanners Creek to first bend past boat ramp. Lighthouse Marina & Yacht Club is off limits. Idle only from mouth of Ohio River to Red Neck Marina in Laferty Creek. Locking is permitted. UPDATED: Melvin Lake Memorial Park Pay Lakes are OFF LIMITS. Fishing License: Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky licenses do reciprocate on main trunk of the lake and may be purchased online at takemefishing.org Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 12" on all bass
