Off Limits: Standard FLW off limits apply plus point to point at Moors Marina. No fishing inside breakwall at Moors Marina. Locking is NOT permitted. Tournament waters are off limits to fishing October 8-12, 2018. Fishing License: A Kentucky license is required for Kentucky waters. A Tennessee license is required for Tennessee waters. KY & TN licenses do reciprocate on Kentucky Lake from Egners Ferry Bridge to the 79 Bridge. A KY license can be purchased over the phone at 877.598.2401. A Tennessee license can be purchased over the phone at 888.891.8972. Licenses may also be purchased online at takemefishing.org. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 15" on all bass *Special Note: It is illegal to possess a Smallmouth bass less than 18" long when in Tennessee waters on south Barkley.
