Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off limits plus 50 yards either side of fish release Locking is permitted on the river. Locking is NOT permitted into Kentucky Lake or Barkley Lake. Fishing License: An Illinois license is required for Illinois waters. A Kentucky License is required for Kentucky License. Either License may be purchased online at majorleaguefishing.com/fishing-license. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 12" on all bass
