Practice: Feb 19 sunrise to sunset & Feb 20 sunrise to 3 p.m. Registration is Monday, 4-6 p.m. No guides or purchasing formation after Feb 5. Waters are off limits: Feb 6-18. Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off limits plus the entire marina. Locking is permitted out of Lake Toho. Locking is not permitted out of Lake Kissimmee. Fishing License: A Florida license is required and may be purchased at majorleaguefishing.com/fishing-license Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 12"
