Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off limits plus 50 yards either side of fish release, this will include the entire Marina Area. ( Breakwall point to the dirt point). Plus you cannot go past a straight line from Point Lookout, Maryland and Smith Point, Virginia into the Chesapeak Bay Fishing License: Maryland and Virginia license do reciporate and may be purchased at majorleaguefishing.com/fishing-license, however, fishing above the Woodrow Wilson Bridge does require a D.C. license.
