Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off limits plus point to point at the mouth of the cove (at the boat ramp) and all waters inside the cove points. Fishing License: A North Carolina license is required for North Carolina waters. A South Carolina license is required for South Carolina waters. Either license may be purchased online at majorleaguefishing.com/fishing-license. Catch Limits: Boater 5, Co-Angler 3; Size Limit: 14"
