*Forward facing and/or 360-degree sonar is not allowed during competition. You can practice with it. Rule 11. However, it will be allowed at the National Championship on Grand Lake in Grove, OK. *Kentucky-Barkley Lake Presented by Columbia PFG Registration: 5 AM Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off limits apply plus inside the entire Moors Marina. Fishing License: Until further notice, anglers who fish on bordering waters must hold a valid fishing license and follow the regulations of the state in which they are fishing. Catch Limit: 5; Size Limit: 15" largemouth & smallmouth & spotted bass
