Official Phoenix Bass Fishing League Rules
Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off limits plus inside the breakwall at Kentucky Dam Marina and paddleboat area. Locking is NOT permitted. Fishing License: A Kentucky license is required for Kentucky waters. A Tennesse license is required for Tennessee waters. KY & TN licenses do reciprocate on Kentucky Lake from Egners Ferry Bridge to the 79 Bridge. A KY license can be purchased over the phone at 877.598.2401. A TN license can be purchased over the phone at 888.891.8972. Either license can be purchased online at majorleaguefishing.com/fishing-license. Catch Limits: Boater 5, Co-Angler 3; Size Limit: 15"
