Off Limits: Standard MLF5 off limits plus 50 yards either side of the fish release area, including the entire Marina area. (Breakwater point to the Dirt Point) Plus you cannot go past a straight line from Point Lookout, Maryland and Smith Point, Virginia into the Chesapeake Bay. Fishing License: Maryland and Virginia license do reciporate and may be purchased at majorleaguefishing.com/fishing-license, however, fishing above the Woodrow Wilson Bridge does require a D.C. license. All anglers fishing Maryland waters must be prepared to present a valid drivers license or some sort of picture ID along with fishing license. D.C. licenses may be purchased at Fred's Sporting Goods (301.843.3040). *Note for D.C.waters - A U.S. Coast Guard state boating course is required in addition to the D.C. license when fishing D.C. waters.
