TULSA, Okla. (Feb. 22, 2019) – Mustad, a worldwide leader in fish hooks, is the newest addition to the Major League Fishing® (MLF) Bass Pro Tour sponsor lineup.

The popular hook brand got its start in Norway in the mid-1800s when the Mustad factory turned its wire and nail-making expertise to also manufacturing quality fishing hooks. The Mustad sponsorship provides brand presence throughout Bass Pro Tour promotional opportunities, including on the MLF NOW! live-stream program that delivers seven hours of real-time coverage during each competition day.

Every Bass Pro Tour stop will also be developed into a two-hour television show to air on Discovery Channel in the fourth quarter of 2019, and then repeat on Sportsman Channel in first and second quarters 2020.
