MUSKOGEE, Okla. – Day 1 of the Toyota Series Presented by Phoenix Boats Southwestern Division event on the Arkansas River is rolling in Oklahoma. Hot and windy today, and anglers will have their work cut out for them, but it should be a good start to an interesting event.
