OAKLEY, Calif. – So far, so tough. That’s the word on the street midway through the first day of competition in the Toyota Series Presented by Phoenix Boats event on the California Delta. With air temperatures barely getting over 50 degrees today, the water isn’t warming much, and it sure looks like the bite is still very stingy.
The Western Division of the Toyota Series is presented by Tackle Warehouse, and this event is presented by Psycho Tuna and hosted by the City of Oakley.
