CLEWISTON, Fla. – Day 1 of the Toyota Series Presented by Phoenix Boats Southern Division event on Lake Okeechobee is underway. Though cold for Florida this morning, the afternoon should be lovely, and the fishing will hopefully be decent. Today, 184 pros and co-anglers are out and after ’em to start the season, all with high hopes for the year ahead.
Takeoff and weigh-in are open to the public all three days at Roland & Mary Ann Martin’s Marina & Resort, at 7 a.m. ET and 3 p.m. ET. This event is hosted by the Hendry County Tourism Development Council.
