CLERMONT, Fla. – Team Fox Rent A Car caught nearly as many bass as the other two teams combined during the first day of Match 3 at the General Tire Team Series Bass Pro Shops Championship Presented by B&W Trailer Hitches.

Mark Daniels Jr., Randy Howell, and Adrian Avena rallied for 25 bass weighing 33 pounds, 15 ounces – led by Daniels with 11 bass for 14-11, Howell with eight for 13-1 and Avena with six for 6-13.

Going into Day 2, Team Knighten Industries (Mike McClelland, Scott Suggs, and Wesley Strader) is 12-14 behind. Meanwhile, Terry Scroggins, Bryan Thrift, and Anthony Gagliardi have their work cut out for them as Team Smokey Mountain Herbal Snuff & Pouches is 15-13 away from the lead.
