Weyer began fishing FLW tournaments in 2003. This Californian angler has a sweet spot for western lakes and loves competing in tournaments on his home waters, including places like Clear Lake, the California Delta and Lake Oroville. A major chunk of Weyer’s career winnings came in 2007, when Weyer won over $100,000 in a FLW Series event at the Columbia River. Weyer’s other hobbies include fishing for other species of game fish, watching movies with his wife and enjoying the fine dining Los Angeles has to offer.
