Taking place in May on the Mississippi River in Minnesota, the second tournament of the 2009 FLW Walleye Tour season was a blowout. Winning by more than 14 pounds, Ted Takasaki totaled more than 90 pounds for the win with a one-two punch of trolling and Lindy Rigging for saugers and walleyes.
