LA CROSSE, Wis. – It was a busy day in the boat yard as the 30-angler REDCREST field got to work on tackle in anticipation of the first day of competition on the Upper Mississippi River. MLF photographer Garrick Dixon crept around the yard as the field made their final tackle tweaks. Lots of frogs, lots of swim jigs, and LOTS of rods going in and out of rod lockers. Here’s how it all looked.
