Felix won the College Fishing National Championship in his first try with partner Chris Burgan and is trying to get back to defend their title in the 2015 National Championship. Felix was born and raised in Minnesota and was introduced to tournament fishing by a family friend named Mike Michener. He graduated in the spring of 2014 from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Entrepreneurship & Sustainability.
