Keith Amerson has competed at all levels of FLW competition, stepping up to the Walmart FLW Tour as a rookie in the 2014 season. Amerson grew up fishing farm ponds and small lakes with his grandfather, and cites these experiences as where his love of fishing began. After competing in local club bass-fishing tournaments and team tournaments, Amerson started competing at the BFL and Rayovac FLW Series level in 2008. Amerson is known as a deep-water structure fisherman, who loves to prowl the ledges of Kentucky Lake. Amerson has five BFL top-10 finishes – all five coming on Kentucky and Barkley lakes.
