Dakota Ebare Makes Another Top 10 Following a Stressful Knockout Round

August 10, 2022 • Bass Pro Tour

UNION SPRINGS, N.Y. – Fresh off of a third-place finish at the Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit Stop 6 on Lake Champlain, Dakota Ebare made the Top-10 cut on Cayuga Lake during the Knockout Round of the Fox Rent A Car Stage Six Presented by Googan Baits. Even more impressive, it’s Ebare’s third Top 10 on the Bass Pro Tour this season, making him the most successful rookie in terms of points.

Ebare finished the Knockout Round in eighth place on Wednesday, just above the Toro Cut Line. After a slow start to the day, he caught a 5-pound, 6-ounce smallmouth in the final hour that cemented his spot in the Championship Round.
