Ott DeFoe came out on top for Group A and will advance directly to Thursday’s Championship Round thanks to his two-day total of 57 pounds even.
DeFoe wasn’t the only angler with a smile on his face Monday as Bradley Roy claimed the $25,000 big bass bonus for Group A with the 6-9 he caught on Saturday.
Group B will continue their race for the Knockout Round on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Group A’s top anglers will take a breather before duking it out with Group B’s best in Wednesday’s Knockout Round.
