Randy Howell may have had a bit of a slow day with five bass weighing 12 pounds, 4 ounces, but that didn’t stop him from topping SCORETRACKER® with a two-day total of 36-2. Meanwhile, several anglers were close to the Toro Cut Line; but at lines out Justin Lucas found himself in 20th by a mere 2 ounces with 26-4.
