Neal, DeFoe and Meyer Have Sights on Automatic Championship Qualification

February 21, 2020 • Bass Pro Tour

Qualifying Day 1 of the Bass Pro Tour Favorite Fishing Stage Two Presented by Bass Cat is over, and Michael Neal is leading the pack of 40 anglers in Group A with 25 pounds, 9 ounces. However, Ott DeFoe (21-03) and Cody Meyer (20-15) aren’t far behind him.

All three pros have a good shot at automatically advancing to the Championship Round when they compete in Qualifying Day 3 on Sunday. We spoke with Neal, DeFoe and Meyer when they came off Lake Okeechobee after a very windy day of fishing.
