MUSKOGEE, Okla. – It started as a nightly game of H-O-R-S-E among a handful of anglers competing in the Patriot Cup in Muskogee, Oklahoma. But by the middle of the week, the half-court basketball hoop located behind the host hotel had become a site for a throwdown among nearly 20 MLF pros.
